How is a merchant attributed to me?
They install Flow Discounts through your link, and Shoffi records the referral against your account. That is the whole mechanism; there is no code to type and nothing the merchant has to do.
What happens when the merchant changes plan?
Your share follows their invoice. It is twenty percent of whatever they pay, so an upgrade raises it, a downgrade lowers it, and a cancellation ends it. If they come back, it resumes.
Can a referral be taken away from me?
Only if the merchant asks us to move it to someone else. We do not reassign referrals for any other reason, and we do not run our own competing offers against your link.
Does the free plan earn anything?
No. The free plan costs the merchant nothing, so a fifth of it is nothing. The moment they move to a paid plan and their first invoice is charged, your share begins.
Do I have to be an agency?
No. The programme is open to anyone a store owner trusts, with somewhere to put a link.
